1. How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your order within 6–12 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £30.
For orders under £30, a small shipping fee may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy.
If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Note: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take 1–3 days to activate after your order ships.
6. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
